Multifamily residential facilities with public and/or federal funding are quite complex in terms of synthesizing the differing regulations. This session will explore which regulations are applicable and how they're integrated into the different building elements across the country.
Through a review of photos, regulation callouts, and architectural details, you'll gain a deeper understanding of what makes dwelling units accessible. Plus, discover how to implement and better synthesize all of the information and requirements in the early design phases rather than overlaying access in an institutional manner later on in the project.
