Adoption Specialist PLG

Autodesk

Elizaveta (Liza) Biba, P.E., is an Adoption Specialist for Forma at Autodesk. She is based in Toronto, Canada and holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and construction management from St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. With a passion for enhancing efficiency in the AEC industry, she focuses on fostering product-led growth within Forma to help architects adopt data-driven approaches to enhance design. She leverages her experience in both the construction and technology industries, to work on products that offer scalable solutions to help architects make their vision a reality.

Liza began her career at Hoffman Construction, working on industrial and commercial projects. She worked as project engineer on University of Oregon Hayward Field, and lead project engineer on the PDX Airport Terminal Core Redevelopment. Looking to scale her impact, Liza transitioned to construction technology and worked as a customer success manager at Reconstruct Inc. Here, she helped construction companies adopt digital twin technology that used photogrammetry and BIM to overlay real time tracking of building progress, schedule and cost onto original design. This experience led Liza to further build bridges from construction to design, in her current role as Adoption Specialist at Autodesk Forma.

In her role at Autodesk, Liza empowers architects with tools for data-driven insights, such as outdoor thermal comfort and wind analysis to drive sustainable, human-centric design. Liza is dedicated to improving architectural and urban design processes to create buildings and neighborhoods that maximize their potential to enrich lives and society. With her breadth of experience across the AEC industry, Liza works to share tools that empower architects to realize imagination.
