As VP of Development at Samuels & Associates, Greg spearheads transformative urban real estate development projects that prioritize public and civic spaces, activating some of Boston’s most dynamic neighborhoods. Greg's “win-win” approach to development delivers thriving mixed-use properties that add value to the underlying real estate and the community at large. His recent work at Parcel 12, Boston’s first air-rights project completed in the last 40 years, delivered a retailed-lined plaza, a headquarters tower, and an anchor hotel. Over his career, Greg has permitted and developed hundreds of housing units, over a million square feet of commercial space, and numerous active public spaces.
Greg serves as Vice Chair of NAIOP’s Government Affairs Committee and is on the Board of Directors of the Boston Municipal Research Bureau. In both capacities he advocates for policies that continue to improve the city's neighborhoods.
