Cory Duggin is a Principal and Senior Energy Wizard in TLC Engineering Solutions’ PEAK Institute. The PEAK Institute focuses on research and development to reduce energy and water consumption, enhance building occupant productivity and health and make those buildings smarter to operate. Cory supports TLC’s building performance simulation efforts directly through projects and by leading internal training. His simulation expertise allows engineering teams to visualize innovative technical solutions to high performance design challenges. To-Date, he has served as an energy performance consultant on 200+ projects, for a variety of client types, across the United States. Cory is a member of the USGBC TN Market Leadership Advisory Board, MEP 2040 Data Analysis and Reporting Group Co-chair, AIA 2030 Commitment WG member, a member of the ILFI Greater Nashville RMC Steering Committee, and member of the Consulting Specifying Engineer Editorial Advisory Board. Cory holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Tennessee Technological University.
