Mike Koger is Associate General Counsel with Perkins & Will Architects, Inc, who formerly spent ten years working as an attorney with the AIA Contract Documents Program. Mike practiced civil litigation prior to joining the AIA, primarily representing contractors and property owners in construction related disputes.
