Catherine Gow is the Principal-in-Charge of Healthcare Planning at FCA, as well as a practicing Principal-in-Charge of healthcare projects and project planning. For over 30 years, Catherine has led master planning for some of the country’s foremost healthcare systems. Catherine’s expertise and hands-on working style has made her a trusted advisor to clients and staff.

Leading teams that have delivered and implemented transformative projects for healthcare clients in a wide range of project types, from Master planning to highly technical department planning, Cancer and Ambulatory care, her client relationships span decades. She challenges the norm, creating innovative solutions and believes that good planning and good design equals good business.

Catherine’s work at FCA has been highlighted in Healthcare Design, Health Facilities Management and has achieved honors such as the ASHE Vista Award for New Construction. A member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Catherine is also a certified member of the American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA), ASHE member, NCARB and Lean Six Sigma Certified. She received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University.

She is married with two kids and a dog. She enjoys biking, water coloring, and believes that learning is a lifelong journey.
