Michelle Montgomery’s diverse experiences across the United States, northern Italy, and Puerto Rico, combined with her work on a wide variety of projects, provide her with a unique perspective that integrates universal principles into the design and construction process. As an Associate Principal at ZGF Architects, Michelle is dedicated to guiding client visions and leading project teams in delivering large-scale, well designed healthcare environments. Her commitment to creating meaningful spaces rooted in exceptional user experiences defines her daily work.
Passionate about nurturing the next generation of architects, Michelle launched the AIA’s first international mentorship program for AIA International, now successfully running in its fourth year. She is Chair of the AIA Global Practice Committee. Michelle also serves as Chair for the Emerging Professionals Committee of AIA International.
Through her work at ZGF Architects and her involvement in these organizations, Michelle continues to champion opportunities for emerging professionals, inspiring young architects and fostering their professional growth.
