Mr. Chowdhury’s experience includes designing Institutional, Residential, Science +Technology,
Labs, STEMS, Mixed Use, Higher Ed, Corporate Commercial, Transit projects. Throughout his 25-
year career he has been the Design Lead / Senior Architectural Designer / Computation Design
Lead on numerous projects and proposals. His designed, the well celebrated building on historic
Euclid Avenue, Cleveland Ohio, Cleveland Institute of Art, built 2015, had won the Cleveland
Engineering Society award 2017, (1st prize). His designed & constructed projects cumulative
project budget is appx. $3.8 Billion to date. His projects location ranges from India, Middle East,
Canada & US. He has managed large scale projects (500,000 sft). Mr. Chowdhury has experience
in managing P3 projects. His designed various projects have won 6 awards and citations. Mr.
Chowdhury is a BSL 2 lab planner and has designed numerous Lab and STEM buildings.
Mr. Chowdhury is also a published author of Historic Fiction Novel ‘Gangaridai’, now available on
Barnes & Noble, and Amazon.
