With 27 years of experience in architecture, construction, and business operations, he has a proven ability to optimize firm performance and drive strategic growth.
Jaime specializes in operational efficiency, contract negotiation, and business development, leading teams across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Latin America on high-profile projects in the commercial, higher education, and public institutional sectors. His expertise spans budgeting, revenue forecasting, and implementing profitability strategies that strengthen firm sustainability and project success.
Beyond his role at LEO A DALY, Jaime has held key leadership positions in project management and consulting firms, successfully reestablishing market presence, securing multimillion-dollar contracts, and improving operational frameworks. His experience includes managing capital improvement programs, overseeing cost estimation for large-scale developments, and leading design-build initiatives.
A licensed architect in Florida and Puerto Rico, Jaime holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Cornell University and certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
