David Pudleiner has over ten years of experience working in the field of building energy analysis. While at ICF, Mr. Pudleiner has led projects in a variety of fields including decarbonization analysis, demand side management potential studies, hourly building energy simulation, and tool development. As part of this work, he has been responsible in many cases for forecasting the hourly load shape impacts for measures, programs, and portfolios. He is the resident Building Energy Modeling (BEM) expert at ICF and is well-versed in engineering calculation-based savings estimates as well as hourly simulation modeling. He has also been a lead at ICF for the innovation of cost-effectiveness methodologies and was the lead author on ICF’s recent contribution to the National Standard Practice Manual (NSPM) for DERs Case Studies.
