Judith Miller

Judith A. Miller, AIA, NCARB, CDT, LEED AP BD+C, a Principal and Founding Partner at Architecture by Design (ABD). Ms. Millers' career spans over 40 years of Architectural Design, Documentation and Construction. After 15 years as the Residential Studio Manager and Senior Associate at Design Collective (DCI), a large Architecture Design firm in Baltimore, Maryland, she founded Architecture by Design in 2000, in historic Ellicott City, Maryland. ABD has become highly respected in the sector of Affordable Housing and Residential Multifamily Design. Over the past 25 years, Ms. Miller has grown the firm from 2 to 12 employees. Her expertise in residential design includes extensive experience in Building Code, Accessibility, Constructability and Sustainability. She is a member of AIA, NCARB, USGBC, NFPA, CSI, MBIA, and MAHC. She also serves as a Board member with the Maryland Board for Professional Engineers.
