Erin Murphy

Erin is a Senior Management Consultant at CVG, a consultancy focused on helping small and mid-sized architecture firms improve their businesses. Erin brings broad experience in leadership and staff development, project management, and strategic planning to her role at CVG. She specializes in helping firm owners and rising leaders plan for leadership transitions through leadership coaching, role clarification, defining decision-making processes, and goal setting. Before joining CVG, Erin spent a decade at the American Institute of Architects developing leadership programs for emerging professionals and women in architecture. She has a B.Arch from Syracuse University and has worked as an architect in NYC and Washington, DC.
