Rebecca Baibak, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP has dedicated her architectural career to understanding how learning environments can capture the imagination of students and strengthen communities. She has focused on the design of educational facilities in the Mid-west and Pacific Northwest, after receiving degrees in Business from Aquinas College and Master of Architecture from the University of Detroit-Mercy. As a Principal at INTEGRUS, she leads their PreK-12 Educational Group – balancing complex programmatic and curriculum needs with opportunities to create environments that are a 3rd teacher to students. This includes weaving in places that support social and emotional learning, environmental responsibility, inclusive, safe and welcoming. She is an active member of the Association for Learning Environments (A4LE) speaking locally and nationally, and is currently chairing the AIA Committee on Architecture for Education.
