a. Callum Ellis is the Head of Climate Resilience and Sustainability for Marsh Advisory, working with a range of global institutions to identify, quantify and mitigate climate-related risks within the built environment. Alongside this role, Callum co-leads Marsh’s global climate centre of excellence, where he acts as a subject matter expert on physical climate modelling and risk management. He also acts as an advisor to various businesses, environmental agencies, local authorities and national governments across the climate agenda. He has worked with leading international bodies, including the IPCC, developing guidance for managing climate change within urban policy.
