Marilyn W. Moedinger, AIA is the founding principal of Runcible Studios, a full-service architectural practice based in Boston, MA and Lancaster, PA, and a real estate investor, owner, and operator. She has previously practiced architecture at Utile, Inc in Boston, worked as a construction project manager, estimator, and field laborer in Charlottesville, VA, was a director of Practice Instruction at the Boston Architectural College, and an adjunct professor for 12 years. She is also an active real estate investor and operator.

Marilyn also serves on the advisory board of Northeastern Law School’s innovation lab, the NuLawLab, and has consulted and lectured nationally and internationally. She holds a BS Arch, a BA History, and an M.Arch from the University of Virginia. Deeply committed to the fruitful seam between construction, design, and real estate, Marilyn is on a mission to understand and participate in all aspects and stages of a building’s life.
